  • New customers should call and set up a consultation appointment.  In most cases this can be scheduled along with your appointment for services.
  • Our regular customer know that the best time to set their next appointment is before leaving the salon after receiving services.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but cannot be guaranteed service as service it is based on stylist availability.
  • If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled please notify us of this at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • If you miss an appointment (without 24 hour notice), you will be required to leave a deposit when scheduling your next appointment.
  • If you have hair extensions, weave, braids, or any other kind of style that requires additional time to remove, please let the receptionist know while you are scheduling your appointment.
  • If your style requires extension hair or weaving hair please discuss with your stylist if you will need to purchase the hair in advance.Keep in mind that children are welcome if they are receiving services. If not, they should not accompany you to the salon.
  • Children are welcome when they are receiving services. If not, they should not accompany you to the salon.
  • Methods of payment are cash, MasterCard, Visa, MasterCard debit and Visa debit.  Transitions Salon Gift Certificates and Travelers Checks are considered cash with proper identification. We do not accept personal checks or partial payments, so please come prepared.
